Refund policy
At Dreamlet, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with an item, we’re happy to help with a return, or exchange for store credit.
How to Return an Item:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as received.
- If the item does not meet these conditions, it may not be eligible for a refund or could incur a restocking fee.
- If your order had free shipping, we're going to deduct the cost of the shipping label from the refund amount.
- All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Pre-Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. We are a small business, and in order to keep our prices competitive, we manufacture collections based on pre-order volume. We are able to accommodate size changes, if needed, depending on availability.
Return Options:

Exchange for Store Credit
- If you'd like to exchange an item, we just need you cover the cost of the return label, and we'll add store credit to your account, so you can purchase the replacement item(s). We do not exchange item for item due to daily inventory changes.

Refund to Original Payment Method
- For refunds processed back to your original payment method, the return label cost and a 3.5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 business days for us to process the return.
Important Notes:
- Dreamlet is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment.
- For a smooth return process, we recommend using a traceable shipping method.
