📦 When will my Holiday PJs ship?
We are actively fulfilling Holiday orders that contain no preorder items. Processing time is 3 days on average.
Orders that contain both IN STOCK & PRE-ORDER items will ship once all items are in stock.
The inventory is currently on the way to us from the factory, arriving sometime around the third week of November.
We will then fulfill all orders in chronological order, aiming to fulfill everything by the end of November.
We're based in Florida, and most packages ship via USPS with an average delivery time of 3–4 business days. So, depending on your place in line, you should receive your PJs between late November and the 1st week of December.
🚚 I got a tracking email, but it’s not moving yet!
No worries — we print shipping labels in batches, and your tracking email is sent as soon as the label is created. It might take a couple of days for your order to be packed and dropped off. Also, USPS doesn’t always scan packages immediately, so the first update may not appear until it reaches their distribution center.
