Amidst our Annual Birthday Sale and Halloween Preorder run, kindly note that the current order processing time stands at 7-10 days as a result of high volume.

If you need your order shipped quicker because of a trip, birthday or special event, please write to us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

📦 🎃When will my Halloween PJs ship?
Our Halloween Collection was available for pre-order from mid July to mid September. We received most of the inventory last week - and more is arriving this week - and are currently fulfilling all pre-orders in the order they were placed. We expect to have everything shipped by the end of September.
We're based in Florida, and most packages ship via USPS with an average delivery time of 3–4 business days. So, depending on your place in line, you should receive your PJs between this week and the next two. — plenty early to get trick or treat ready! 🎃

If you placed your order after the pre-order period (starting September 15th), your order will ship as soon as we finish fulfilling the pre-order run — we’re moving as fast as we can!

🚚 I got a tracking email, but it’s not moving yet!

No worries — we print shipping labels in batches, and your tracking email is sent as soon as the label is created. It might take a couple of days for your order to be packed and dropped off. Also, USPS doesn’t always scan packages immediately, so the first update may not appear until it reaches their distribution center.
