If you received a tracking number starting with "MCN", it's unfortunately incorrect, and we are in the process of re-updating the orders with the correct USPS numbers. The mistake occurred between January 2nd and January 10th, as the new shipping software we implemented sent out internal tracking numbers instead of public USPS ones. We apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, we're correcting the numbers, and your package was shipped within 2 days of the shipping notification email!

📦 When will my Valentine's PJs ship?

We are actively fulfilling Valentine's orders. Processing time is 1-3 days, and transit time is 4-7 days, depending on your location.

🚚 I got a tracking email, but it’s not moving yet!

No need to worry! We purchase shipping labels in batches, and your tracking email is sent as soon as the label is created. It might take a couple of days for your order to be packed and dropped off. Also, USPS doesn’t always scan packages immediately due to the high volume of orders we drop off daily. Consequently, the first update may not appear until your order reaches their distribution center.
