⚠️ USPS Tracking Notice: Some orders may temporarily show incorrect delivery information due to a Shopify/USPS tracking issue. Please allow a few days for tracking to update before contacting support. ⚠️

Over the past week, a widespread issue between Shopify and USPS has caused some newly shipped orders to display tracking information from packages that were delivered in April to unrelated locations.

If your tracking appears incorrect or shows a previous delivery, please don't worry—your order is still on its way. We have seen many affected shipments automatically update with the correct tracking information as they move through the USPS network.

Because this is a system-wide issue affecting many Shopify stores, we kindly ask that you allow a few days for your tracking to refresh before contacting our support team.
